How to Pack Your Return

To ensure your return arrives safely and can be processed quickly, please follow these packing guidelines. Taking a few extra minutes to pack properly helps us keep our generous guarantee available for everyone!

 Returning Individual Socks or Pairs 

Simple and Straightforward

  1. Place your socks back in their original packaging if you still have it
  2. Put them in a secure postal bag or small box
  3. Seal securely with tape
  4. Attach your return label and send via your preferred postal service

That's it! Nice and easy.

 Returning Gift Boxes (Very Important!) 

Why Gift Boxes Need Extra Care

Our gift boxes are beautifully crafted and quite expensive to produce. We can only resell them if they arrive back in pristine condition – any scratches, dents, or corner damage means we have to dispose of them, which is costly for our small business.

Please take extra care when packing gift boxes for return. Here's exactly how to do it:

Step-by-Step Packing Instructions

  1. Save the original protective packaging: When you first receive your gift box, please keep all the protective materials – the outer shipping box, bubble wrap, corner protectors, and tissue paper. You'll need these if you decide to return it!
  2. Ensure the gift box is complete: Make sure all socks, tissue paper, cards, ribbons, and any other items that came in the box are included
  3. Protect the corners: Use corner protectors (from the original packaging) or create your own using cardboard folded into triangular shapes. The corners are the most vulnerable part!
  4. Wrap for scratch prevention: Wrap the entire gift box in tissue paper or protective sheets to prevent any scratches during transit
  5. Use the original outer box: Place the wrapped gift box back into the original outer shipping box. If you no longer have it, use a sturdy box that's slightly larger than the gift box with at least 2-3 inches of space on all sides
  6. Add cushioning: Fill any empty space with bubble wrap, packing paper, or air pillows so the gift box doesn't move around during shipping
  7. Seal securely: Close the outer box and seal all seams with strong packing tape
  8. Attach your return label: Place the return shipping label on the outside of the outer box

What If I Don't Have the Original Packaging?

No worries – you can still return your gift box! Just follow these guidelines:

  • Use a sturdy cardboard box that's larger than the gift box
  • Create corner protectors from folded cardboard or use bubble wrap
  • Wrap the gift box in several layers of tissue paper or bubble wrap
  • Fill all empty space in the outer box with protective material
  • Make sure the gift box cannot move or shift inside the outer box

Important: The gift box must arrive back to us in perfect condition – no scratches, dents, or damage. If it arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may not be able to offer a full refund as we cannot resell damaged boxes. We know this seems strict, but it helps us keep our generous 90-day guarantee sustainable!

 Helpful Packing Tips 

  • Use tracked shipping: We recommend using a tracked postal service so you can monitor your return's journey
  • Keep your receipt: Save your postage receipt until your return is processed
  • Take photos: Consider taking a quick photo of how you've packed the item before sealing the box – this can be helpful if there are any questions
  • Don't over-pack: While protection is important, too much padding can actually cause damage by putting pressure on the box
  • Seal properly: Use strong packing tape on all seams of the outer box

 What Happens After You Send It 

  1. We receive your return: Once your package arrives, we'll inspect it to ensure everything meets our return conditions
  2. We process your resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process it based on your preference:
    • Refund: Processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method
    • Exchange: Your new item ships out within 1-2 working days
    • Store credit: Issued instantly and ready to use right away
  3. You'll receive confirmation: We'll email you to confirm we've received your return and let you know when your refund has been processed, your exchange has shipped, or your store credit is ready
